Home Sweet Home

Well, all good things must come to an end! It is bitter-sweet for me. I had to leave beautiful Las Vegas, but as Dorothy said, "there's no place like home." I may have been a little slow to get home, a turtle's pace to be exact, but I finally made it.

The last few days were spent looking at homes, meeting with my real estate agent, and all of that good stuff. Who knows, Vegas may have three new residents soon (Me and my dog & horse...)!!! I did manage to find some time for some free licks at a puppy store from my new friends.

Don't forget, with the decorations everywhere as a constant reminder: Valentines Day is right around the corner....

Thanks to everyone for your concern and interest during my travels. I truly appreciate it! Another blog has come to an end. Who knows what the next one will be about...

Still Here....

I am having a wonderful time in Vegas and just can't seem to leave. I extended my visit for a few days. Enjoying Las Vegas by day and night.

Weekend Update

Well, it is Monday morning and I am still here. I was scheduled to take a red eye back last night, and I just can't leave Las Vegas! I love it out here!!!

Saturday and Sunday were spent looking at a few more houses (yes, I am seriously contemplating the big move...). I went over to the new casino/hotel The Palazzo and enjoyed some time there over the weekend. I visited the infamous Green Door of Las Vegas. Of course, I attended an awesome SuperBowl party yesterday.

I will probably stay another day or two. I will keep you posted and try to get some more good pictures for everyone. In the meantime, I have some "relaxation" pictures. Enjoy...

Dog Days of Winter

Well, I just got an e-mail from my dog. She is staying at a new pet hotel/spa in South Florida. In her e-mail to me, she told me about all of her new friends, her playtime, her gourmet dinners, and her spa services. That's right, the dogs get massages, facials, "paw"dicures, etc. She is doing fine and sent some pictures that I will share with you.

Thank God It's Friday

Another great day here in Paradise. Picked up a part time job dealing blackjack...there's a picture of me at a table dealing! (Just kidding...) Drove out to Red Rock and had lunch with friends in Summerlin.

It was such a beautiful day here and I really enjoyed the outdoors today. Hope you enjoy the scenery... The air is full of excitement here is Vegas with the Superbowl this weekend. It is a madhouse... The casinos put extra tables everywhere...down the hallways where there usually are none.

Thursday's Fun

Today was spent driving around looking at homes and enjoying the scenery. First thing this morning, I had my picture taken with three Chippendale dancers (okay, with a picture of three Chipendale dancers...). Then I had my nails done in Boca (not Florida...at least there is a Boca in Vegas in case I move here..LOL); saw an Elk; played some slots; and had a huge Martini at IBar. All in all, it was a fun day and I am having a blast...

Mt. Charleston

On Tuesday, I took a ride up to Mt. Charleston which is about 45 minutes north of The Strip. There was about 4 ft. of snow on the ground and everything was covered in a beautiful blanket of white. There was a hotel there that had an original "One-Armed Bandit". Check out the picture of me with it. There was a lodge with great food. It definitely was a fun experience. On the way back, I looked at several homes. Most of which I could of course keep my horse nearby or even on my property. I got to see some of his potential "neighbors".
